1-) After sending this form, You will get a reply in 24 - 48 Hrs. regarding confirmation and the availability of the room of Your choice. Your credit card details will be requested by the hotel reservation department after Your reservation request is confirmed. You can send Your card information via email, fax or telephone for security reasons.

2-) Cancellations should be informed at least before 24 Hrs. of arrival date. Any uninformed cancellation will be treated as "No Show" and to avoid this, we often charge the first night rate after your reservation is confirmed.

3-) For group reservations, please contact us directly via email or fax for special prices.

4-) The information you send here will be kept in strict confidence.

HOW TO HAVE A FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER?

We will meet you at the airport with a sign reading your name and Hotel Yigitalp.
If you couldn't find our transferman please proceed to the information desk and kindly ask them to announce us. If you still could not contact our transferman please kindly pick up a taxi and have him drive to Hotel Yigitalp. We will pay the taxi driver upon arrival.
